Attica residents are now eligible to sign-up for the recycling program located at the Habitat for Humanity Restore. Come to the Township Hall Monday-Friday 9AM-Noon to sign up and receive your recycle card. For more information, please visit www.lapeerrubbish.com.

The Attica Museum is currently selling Memory Stones or Pavers as a project to show pride, recognition or memory of a person, place , pet or thing. We have a list of possibilities for engraving. The bricks are 4″ X 8″ with three lines and 12 characters maximum per line = 36 total characters. The cost is $50.00 per brick. Below is a link to the application.

The new Michigan Fireworks Law will only make using fireworks:

• December 31 to 1a.m. on January
• The Saturday and Sunday before Memorial Day before 11:45 p.m.
• June 29 – July 4 until 11:45 p.m.
• Also, July 5 ONLY if that day is a Friday or Saturday, until 11:45 p.m.
• The Saturday and Sunday before Labor Day until 11:45 p.m.
